• Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to plans, safety requirements and applicable laws

• Coordinate resources or preferred contractors, vendors, and internal departments

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of Project time, cost, and quality reporting data

• Ensure site logistics services are well planned for safe installation of all work

• Strategize and prioritize while working collaboratively to complete projects within tight timelines and rapidly changing environments

• Create and enforce manpower schedules and construction timelines

• Document all costs and ensure that expenses do not exceed the construction budget

• Update clients on progress through presentations, client meetings and other communications

• Proactively manage site conflicts should they occur
