Walkdown Coordinators
Our Walkdown Coordinators have decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Our personnel understand that it is their job to identify pinch points and potential construction issues well in advance to ensure they are resolved or mitigated before the Project is impacted.
What you can expect from our Walkdown Coordinators:

Coordination with Construction and Operations teams for walkdown schedule

Become familiar with the Project, schedule and required systems

Support the Construction and Operation teams in all matters related to the process of punch list documentation and correction

Coordinate the monitoring and audit of punch list clearance in accordance with schedules

Responsible for implementing a punch list procedure list and providing continuous validation process

Attend meetings with construction contractors for progress and schedule

Liaise with stakeholders to notify them of upcoming walkdowns

Oversee and report deliverables

Ensure that vendors are managed appropriately

Identify and manage NCR lists

Perform all aspects of walkdown coordinators, as required
